I have been subjected to fraud 3 times. I bought a ship for more than $209 and so far I have not received the ships and filed a complaint with the game operators more than three times, but without any response from them, which made me lose my confidence in this beautiful game.
Scam both a ship never got it and back to level 2 after level 11
Nice game but very badly managed pay money and you don’t get anything lots of bugs on levels

I recently made a in game purchase for a top tier ship. My money was taken from my account but have never received my purchased item. I have sent MULTIPLE (more than 10) messages through the in game contact but have yet to receive any response, a refund or the item I purchased.
Hopefully one of the developers will see this. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY OR PROVIDE ME WITH WHAT I PURCHASED.

Every time I make an in-game purchase the transaction goes through but I don’t get the purchase. It’s like the game doesn’t know I bought something. Please fix this.
