This App stinks
King WiFi is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s outdated, clunky, and constantly crashes. It’s obvious the company doesn’t care about its customers or the quality of its products. The app development was outsourced to a third-party team, and when updates are needed, the company is too cheap to invest in improvements. As a result, users are stuck with an app that barely works.
The routers sold by King Connect? They’re just rebranded junk purchased from Alibaba. No innovation, no quality control—just cheap hardware slapped with a different label and a huge markup.
And as someone who worked for this company for two years, I can confirm that the disregard for customers is matched only by the disregard for employees. No raises, no appreciation, and zero incentives to stick around. It’s clear that profit is the only thing this company cares about. Do yourself a favor and avoid King Connect and its products at all costs.

Can’t Connect and Scan!!
Update the app!!!
Software is garbage
I bought the King Connect WIFI extender for my RV that is pre-wired to accept this equipment. I ordered and the equipment arrived without incident. I opened the box and setup the router and antenna in the house to get a feel for the setup before actually installing in the RV. So very glad I did. I found the IOS app and downloaded and installed. Before I continue - I have been in the IT industry as a software engineer for 30 years. I know my way around hardware and software. I was really looking forward to what appeared to be an EXTREMELY easy setup and usage of this hardware. The saga begins. I got the app running on my phone - easy enough - hit continue to start. The next screen displays 4 circles with check boxes representing each stage of the configuration required. Once a step is completed - the circle turns green. Great! I hit next - error prompt - must connect to Max WiFi. I go to setup and sure enough there is a WiFi connection for Max WiFi - I select it. Restart app - and do same steps to get the error prompt again. Must connect to Max WiFi. I will cut this short. I did everything I could to get past this prompt. I googled and found - that the app does not work to configure router - use 192.168.0.1. Ok easy. I do that - follow the YouTube video on king connect site - no problem. I now have the router working. I connect to my max WiFi connection go back to app to continue to pair long range antenna. The app still does not see or acknowledge the max WIFI connection. I can’t get past this. I call into support and after a VERY VERY VERY long wait and multiple disconnects - I get a support engineer who walks me through everything I already tried. Well “Unit is defective” please send back we will send you another. I do that and yes they sent another and guess what - same thing!!!!! Does not work. This time support does not want to even diagnose the issue - just send back for refund. I say - save your money and find a different product - I know I will be. Just not worth it. And unfortunately the branding is all over my RV - working to remove. Boo KingConnect!!!!!!

King falcon my a**
This is everything you don’t won’t in a wi-fi device. Sending it back as junk. Please go Verizon and do your self a favor. And no customer service what’s so ever but why have people around if It’s not going to work anyways. The company should just shut down so they can stop cramming people.
Software is buggy and not supported well
The hardware works great and have my entire RV network (fire sticks, Alexa, etc.) on this and either on my mifi’s or a 2G access point, but the engineers developed this app for iPad. However, doesn’t work really well there, and on my iPhone it is not responsive and a pain. Get it together peeps and do some usability testing!!!
