Please refund me or add what i purchased

fun game but impossible to advance as you need to purchase items but that isnt even possible. i purchased the 4.99 starter pack and 4.99 special chest/gold/gem pack. was charged for both and didnt receive items. i tried to repurchase and it said items already purchased...items will be added for free. still nothing. no way to contact devs as im not on facebook. so play with caution. i will change review if someone could just take 30 seconds to help me.
