التطبيق سيئ

اتمنى لو ان مستشفى المملكة تستفيد من تجربة تطبيق العيادات الاستشارية التي هي ضمن المجموعة. تطبيقهم ممتاز و لم اواجه اي مشاكل معه

مشاكل التطبيق كثيره

التطبيق بعد التحديث الاخير اللي غير الشكل تماماً صار جداً سيء، اولاً اغلب الاطباء في اقسام خاطئة وثانياً انا حاطه لغة التطبيق عربي ولكن يظهر اسم الطبيب بالانقلش وثالثاً تواريخ حجوزات الاطباء صارت مبهمه وماتوضح اذا فيه موعد متاح او لا و اخيراً والاهم مافيه خانة للبحث! يعني حتى الطبيب اللي اخطتوا بقسمه ما اقدر ابحث عنه!

Excellent App

I am very happy to see excellent content and ease of use app for managing my appointments. I did blood test and couple of hours it is reflected in the app. I have history of all my prescription, test and radiology report in one place. Secure via sms verification. Well done Kingdom Hospital!!

Crashing App

Desperately needed App for making appointments and viewing records. This hospital is far behind in its online services. Would be fantastic except it doesn’t open. Crashes each time you try to open it. Please fix!!

Hello, Sorry about the inconvenience. Try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app. In case the issue still persists, kindly send the error screenshot to kh_customerservices@kingdomhospital.com along with the contact details so that we check this.

The idea is good but the execution is bad

App doesn’t respond properly and OTP is not received time or doesn’t get received at all.

I had to call customer service several times.

This is the worst app I have ever seen
Lots of buttons are not there.

يضل يعطي رسالة بعدم صحة بيانات التسجيل المدخلة بينما هي صحيحة

Finally

A long awaited app. Loved the simplicity and practical functionality. Bette than other Hospitals app in my opinion as it shows medical reports and history of prescriptions with ease, 👍

التطبيق لايعمل بشكل جيد

يوجد مشاكل بالتطبيق احاول ادخل برقم الجوال ومتاكده منه ١٠٠٪؜ ماتجي الرساله كررت الخطوه اكثر من مره وانتضرت اكثر من ١٢ ساعه
