I love this game but why it hasn’t had an update in 2 years?😩 whoever made it needs to come back.

There is no support I go up to level 24 then I lost how far I got and everything appeared in the areas that I had completed I still had my money and the unlocking dragons and I lost all the boxes you can buy with gem I started with 9,000 of them they disappeared down to 2,000 and now it won’t save progress so ever time you leave the game and come back a bit later everything has gone back to before with nothing done, it would seem the developers don’t care they never respond if you ask a question it’s left me feeling lost because I lived the game and went on several times a day and I am annoyed to the point I will be uninstalling this game and also it’s sister game because that’s same

Missing rewards. Redundant
Once you get so far things don't change. I also fed the dragon the last two levels and the rewards didn't show up.
Really fun game!
I Really enjoy this game. It’s easy enough to keep going and interesting revealing the new sets! I like that the tropical island is permanent and doesn’t change as it does in other merge games. Great game.

I have messaged a couple of times but they never reply I was loving this game however on tropical island I am as far as it goes and the same on main island so no point in playing this at all

Stuck on level 24
I like playing this game BUT I can’t get beyond level 24. I have over the amount of stars needed to uplevel. I’ve got all the characters and houses. But still can’t uplevel? This is the sort of thing that makes me stop playing.
Lost my progress
I was really enjoying playing this game. A couple of days ago, I ended up logged and lost some of my progress. I’m reviewing just to tell others to be careful. I’m moving on to a game that I won’t lose money on.
Issue
I Loved playing but now my village has no more room & I have Tons of items to be merged but No room. Please help. Haven’t been able to play for months now.

Trouble playing the game!
I enjoy playing! But last 3 days I have been have problems with the game. I leave to go my other land and can’t get back to mainland! I have exit the whole game to go to my mainland! Very disappointed!!
And now can’t get any higher then level 24 so I’m totally at a lost and have stopped playing all together! Please fix these issues or I will have other choice but to delete the game!

Great but frustrating!
Love the game, but I cannot progress on tropical island dur to the land being filled with red workers and exhausted plant life.
This is because my normal workers seem to have completely disappeared.
Additionally, I can’t level up from level 24, despite an overflow of points to do so.
I have noticed that some of these problems are shared with other p,Ayers, but I think I may be one of the only p,Ayers to have lost my normal worker s on the tropical island. Send help!

Game is Great. FB only support place?
I am really liking this game. My one concern is it seems that FB is the only way to ask a question of customer support. My question: is there no way to sell or delete items from my board? I am Only level 7 so maybe I have to unlock it? I am not having any issues as of yet. I enjoy the game and like the way it’s laid out and the fact that when you mine or open things they pretty much go where the like items are and not just thrown around like Other games I’ve tried. I Really wanna Keep this game as one of my daily pleasures, but without any other way to contact anyone but FB, I’m not sure I will keep it. I don’t have FB and don’t want it. Thanks

Loved until I figured how to get points from the dinosaur elevating. All these ships with rewards but I’ve run out of space and can’t proceed any further. Really sad.
