Snail doesn’t care about their players all they want to do is make profit. Customer service is very unreliable, they will deflect any concern or problems you have. They will never try to fix anything and are extremely frustrating to work with.

Good game but servers need to be monitored
It’s a good game overall if you’re into a classic mmo game for your phone. The biggest drawback is the servers need to be monitored more by the people in charge. At this moment, US Server S-12 Duel Master is experiencing so much lag issues which makes the game unplayable. Devs please look into this matter and fix it. Players are unhappy and this problem is going to drive future players from giving this game a chance. Customer support must be prioritized inorder for this to succeed.

Too many hackers
This games is a piss of junk. U have to spent alot of moneies to get on top. After u gor on top the next things u knew is that a lvl 18 beat u down. Mines got seized by lvl 18. Arena got beat by lvl 18. It just a piece of crap. Nothing new beside hackers!!!

Great game but...
The only thing is is that there is another game like this which is called Dynasty Unleashed and I don’t know if the game is the same or if there is a difference. All I am saying is not to copy other games as it gets boring

This game brings nothing new to the table, similar to many other snail games. They keep making games with daily missions and activities focused in group gameplay which is good, but because they keep making new servers every week it’s literally impossible to participate in any of this activities becuase there are no other players to play with because they are all scattered in the 100+ servers they have. you’ll be in queue looking for a match for 10+min and you’ll be lucky to find a match.

Guys I’ve recently started playing this game and added it to my keeper list. That is until the new update. The game won’t load and I would really like it to be patched soon before I get fed up and delete it, other than that it’s a good game, thanks

Absolute worst tech support staff
So I've been playing this game for awhile, and I've seen countless bugs. Bugs are normal and is not why I gave this game one star, it's how they handle the issue, or should I say how they "NEVER" handled the issue. I've contacted support once the issue appeared, didn't get a respond till after a week, and when I did, i was told to write an email to another email address. And of course I am still waiting for that response, pretty sure my emails will just go unanswered and game still broken. All this game cares about is making more money. They have absolute no regards for the players. I've spent plenty on this game but I will never spend a penny more from this day forward.

Freemium model is expensive
Overall, alright game for using time throughout the day, events have set times worldwide. Game can be pricey though, but still is free to play, however some items are only purchasable for large sums of money.

What's with the new update?
There are still many bugs in the game and it's laggy, but it's the only game I've ever felt compelled to spend real money on. Addicting and fun.
