Error never got fixed
There’s a bug when you in call about few minutes, it would turn to no sound like disconnecting but the call time is still clocking. That’s the problem it exists.
Recently, a new error occurred, when the ring comes, it only appears 0.5 seconds. You can only hear the 0.5 seconds ringtone, but it doesn’t show anything even in the Call Log.
Seems the app never gets any updates.

Bad service
After renewing the plan, the CS said I am no longer eligible for the Kingking plan! No one told me this when renewing the plan, which is totally unacceptable!

In general the app works ok but no way to clear the call log.

After I switched it off as 6 scam calls in a roll coming in, I can never switch it on again. It keeps saying it is disconnected, no support to reconnect at all.
Keeps receiving junk calls when disconnect
Wants to recrive SMS but not calls, so turn on HK SIM card but disconnect Kingking App. However, junk calls still come through.

When u need to call back the banks in hk to settle some financial matters. This app is really great, no worries about the long waiting time and press this button that button, But u must have wifi to use it.
Cannot connect to the app (Updated)
I have been using this app for years when I need to make a call to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, is seem I cannot connected to the app recently even though I reinstalled the app. Is been very frustrated that I can’t make calls to HK when I needed to. Please try to fix it/upgrade the app. Thanks!

It keeps disconnecting me and prompts I have a new devices login and log me out.

Constant disconnection in a perfect Wi-Fi environment
The app just keep disconnecting, in the middle of the call, in the middle of waiting on hold, the app randomly crashes. This is a sorry excuse of an app and by extension service.
