Three good years, then it became a chore
What eventually wore me down was the time demand, not the difficulty. Certain events and operations are locked to specific windows during the day, (that shift with Daylight Savings) so it stopped being a game I could dip into around work and family and became something I had to schedule around. That’s a different ask to “log in when you can,” and over time it tipped from feeling like an investment to feeling like an obligation.
Worth noting for anyone considering it: I never spent beyond a small starter offer (First Recharge) in three years, and still got a lot out of the game, but the spending pressure is clearly built around a small number of high-spending players, and it shows in how the game is paced. If you’ve got a demanding job or family life and can’t commit to fixed check-in times, go in aware that’s where this game will eventually ask the most of you, particularly with alliance and cross-server events.
Quit six months ago. Don’t regret the years I had with it, but don’t miss the appointments or the toxicity of certain high-spending individuals either.
Good but be wary of in app purchases
EVENTS TITLES
I believe the developers should consider implementing a system that promotes greater title rotation. For example, when a player wins an event and obtains its exclusive title, they could be temporarily ineligible to earn that same title again during the next occurrence of the event.
They would still be free to participate and compete, but the title itself would be reserved for players who have not recently won it.
Such a system would create a healthier and more dynamic competitive environment by giving more players a realistic opportunity to achieve recognition for their efforts. It would encourage broader participation, reduce the concentration of titles among the same individuals, and make events feel more rewarding for the community as a whole.
If the goal is to maintain player satisfaction and ensure a high-quality gaming experience, strongly believe this idea is worth considering. Encouraging title rotation would not diminish competition; rather, it would make it more engaging, fair, and sustainable in the long term, benefiting both the player base and the overall health of the game.
Best Game Ever
One thing I hate about Kings Choice is having minors trying to tell every adult what to do. It would be fine if it made sense. I would like to see the game 21+ only. The “lovers” are not appropriate for children under 18
There are little changes that could make it a little better but overall, it’s my favorite and addictive game
