New app issues
Personal info has been showing “awaiting update” after entering the corrected info . Not all doctors are listed. Lots of issues with new app after waiting ages for the reincarnation from the old one which just worked. Still after App is not suitable for purpose. Updates haven’t fixed anything. Now all history , results new and old all gone. Totally useless currently

Terrible app!
Can’t login and no one at kings hospital is able to fix or help with the issue.
Doesn’t work. Cannot get in.
This app doesn’t work. Not accepting the phone number, email address or emirates Id. Keeps referring to the format then says contact king’s college. There’s no option to speak to anyone about app access. No one to talk to.
The old app was great until it stopped working.
Update: 5/01/2025 Blank app. No patient details, wrong MRN, tried every path to fix it from calling, chatting, writing and in person and still months later no joy. I have nothing nice to say.
