Game needs updating as keeps crashing
I left game a long while ago due to cheats. Returned recently but now seems the developers have abandoned the game and left to its own devices. Lots still playing game but now we can’t use chat as game keeps closing down. Frustrating.
Fun Characters & Fun Game!
I have only been playing for two weeks and I am already loving this Mobile Game! I have played a couple similar games but this one is unique. Though I am know where close to getting the pieces or shards for the Heroes / Characters. I loving the cartoon style! Darina, Holder, Karolina and Surrey are my favorites right now! Excellent game which I am looking forward to seeing more content and growth! Now for why I gave it four stars and not 5 stars. One is this mobile game is great but happens to not be that lively. I suggest promoting the game. -I have many ideas! I will only suggest two. The first is create more Blue, Purple, Orange Rarity Heroes / Characters! More Women preferably. Or more different races! More Elven Men and Women Characters! I would like to see other races like Harpies, Orcs and Satyrs to name off three races. -My other and second suggestion. What if you made Hero / Character sets of three. For example a purple elf archer, purple elf mage and purple elf rider will have two buffs or perks! When in the same formation. I love the game and had to be honest with the developer. When I finish with my bachelors degree. I plan to support this mobile game when I can. Keep up the amazing content!

My game freezes on the loading screen into a level on expeditions
This game is dead.
Haven’t been able to do anything on the game.
It constantly says reconnect.
Developers have obviously turned off the servers.
When I figure out how to file a complaint to get this app taken off the App Store I will do so.

Too many bugs
Don’t pay money in this game. The latest bugs include being robbed by the bank, auction house, and all dragons, tribes, and resources are disappearing. I’ve sent in tickets to the developer and haven’t gotten a response or any compensation. Would be a 5 star game without the bugs, but I don’t like being robbed

After downloading a couple of years ago this game got me hooked
I play every day without a fail…to be honest it il be a tough challenge for beginners because there’s servers that just wipe smaller servers out and cannot compete with bigger armies.
Other than that we are due bigger and better events and more freebie’s ie castle skins more hero,s etc..

Taken over by hackers
This game used to be good. But now there are too many players with cheat gear and hacking the game. It is obvious that these players have equipment that has been hacked, even with training, equipment would not be that good. Some have unbelievable size of armies again gained through some cheat. If you want to play an honest game based on your efforts, look elsewhere. Devs will make some comment about investigating, then do nothing. They do not respond to messages from in the game.
Check the history 10 months since last dev update. If the hackers can hack the game to the extent of destroying opponents and locking their accounts, that I wouldn’t want any payment details with this bunch of developers. Game now just full of Russian and far east hackers. I cannot say it enough stay away.

Used to be fun
I played this game for just shy of 3 years. Met lots of great people and had lots of fun. As of now the game hasn’t been updated in 8 months and I have given up playing. Too many glitches, cheaters, and no new features. I believe the devs have given up.

What is happening
Did all of the developers die? Game hasn't been updated in 4 months, is constantly buggy, and all the events that made it fun have disappeared.
Servers keep crashing in Events
My alliance and I are tired of the server, crashing during events. We spend money on in app, purchases and spend time communicating with each other, trying to win events and then our server has crashed the last almost 5 months we want some kind of compensation for our efforts and for you failing us as the gamer provider. we have a whole Facebook chat about how displeased we are with the game and the services the last few months.

Server 4 keeps disconnecting
The developers who made this game stop fixing the game . They allowed hackers to get on and destroy the servers for ppl who have been playing and spent thousands of money torwards this game. We reported it to the developers and they have done nothing to fix it. Don’t I repeat don’t load this game . Time to put our money elsewhere. Go woke go broke. If the developers made other game apps don’t invest I repeat don’t invest to these developers.
