About
Kingston Crew is the private workforce app for approved Kingston Con staff.
Our mission is to give every crew member one clear, trusted place for today's published work and their own records.
Use Kingston Crew to:
• see today's published allocations, scheduled times and site addresses;
• view an allocated site on an in-app map with its project radius;
• deliberately sign on or sign off and keep a visible, persistent on-site elapsed clock between those two taps;
• complete a daycard using the published project and scheduled times;
• open, read and sign the active SWMS documents for an allocated project; and
• view your own profile and annual-leave information.
Access is approved by the Kingston Con office. The app does not offer public account creation. Information is scoped to the signed-in user or an authorised office role.
Location is requested only after a deliberate site-event tap. The recorded distance and accuracy are shown before confirmation. Being outside the project radius is recorded as a warning and never blocks the action. Kingston Crew does not collect background location or track a user between taps.
Notifications are optional and are registered deliberately for an authorised device. Kingston Crew supports operational records; it does not replace site instructions, safety procedures, employment terms or payroll review.

Subbie sign-off on the daycard: the leading hand, or crew when no leading hand is on site, signs subcontractor hours. Friday managers' meeting: leading hands tick the extra hour. Chat video: up to 1 min 30 s in HD; Camera now records video too. Hold a message to copy it. Office: add or remove chat members, and see your own details on Me. SWMS read and sign save with no signal and send later. A Saturday 10 am daycard reminder. Fewer notification errors, and fixes.
