About

Kinis helps you measure your balance and mobility from home — no equipment needed. Get your Movement Score™ and clear insights that help you understand how you move and notice what changes over time. MOVEMENT ASSESSMENTS Kinis uses guided movement assessments to give you objective insights into how you move. Our assessment frameworks are developed by physical therapists and informed by research and movement science. YOUR MOVEMENT SCORE™ Complete a short assessment and receive your personal Movement Score — a baseline for understanding your movement. Track your results over time and see how things change. WHAT YOU CAN DO IN KINIS • Overhead Squat Test (OHS) — use your phone camera to analyze key movement characteristics during an overhead squat. • Single Leg Stance (SLS) — use your phone camera to assess your balance and stability while standing on one leg. • Movement Score — get a personalized snapshot of your assessment results and track changes in your movement over time. • Personalized Exercise Plan — receive exercises aligned with your assessment results and your movement goals. HOW IT WORKS 1. Stand your phone on a stable surface, like a table or a shelf. 2. Follow the guide on screen. It walks you through each step. 3. Kinis analyzes your movement and shows your results right away. 4. Receive exercises aligned with your results, and see your next small step. No equipment. No gym. No complicated setup. WHO IT'S FOR Anyone curious about how their body moves — including adults who want to stay mobile and independent, people returning to activity after an injury, and coaches, trainers, and therapists who want clear movement data to work with. BUILT WITH CARE Kinis was built over three years by our science and engineering teams, together with physical therapists and movement specialists. The assessments are based on movement tests professionals already use. We made them easy to do at home. A NOTE ON YOUR HEALTH Kinis helps you notice and understand your movement. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have pain, dizziness, weakness, or any health concern, please speak with a healthcare professional — and only do the assessments you feel safe doing. WE'RE STILL BUILDING This is our first version, and we're improving it with you. If something feels confusing or doesn't work as expected, please tell us at community@kinis.com. Your feedback helps us make Kinis better for everyone. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
