LOVE IT! (As a former d1 athlete)

As a former D1 athlete, this is the exact type of system I needed to maintain a healthy base and stay in tune with my body. The tech does an amazing job of giving helpful analysis while also keeping me honest and on track. Best fitness app!!

Kino has helped me so much with seeing small changes from working out. The 3D body scanning feature is precise, which is helpful when you’ve been working out for weeks and not thinking that you’re making any improvement off the naked eye. I’d recommend this app for everyone that is into fitness!
