Leider instabil

Beim Bestellen von Tickets ist die App zweimal abgestürzt. Einmal kurz vorm Bezahlvorgang und das zweite Mal beim Eingeben der Gutscheincodes. Leider ist jedes Mal der gesamte Bestellvorgang abgebrochen, so dass man von vorne beginnen muss. Das Ärgerliche war, dass es die 4 letzten zusammenhängenden Plätze waren und diese durch den Vorgang für 30 Minuten geblockt waren. Ich musste jedes Mal ca. 30 Minuten warten, bis die Plätze wieder freigegeben waren und hoffen, dass niemand anderes die Plätze wegschnappt. Sehr stressig das ganze.😕

Ticketkauf unmöglich

Seit Monaten kann ich keine Tickets mehr in der App kaufen. Sobald ich sie in den Warenkorb legen möchte, kommt eine Fehlermeldung. Wie kann das sein? Auf all die negativen Bewertungen hier wird nicht eingegangen!? Was bitte läuft denn da verkehrt 🤯

Schlecht von Anfang bis Ende

Karten bestellen klappt nicht immer , da es wohl doch zu verzögerten Abgleich mit dem Buchungssystem kommt und Karten dann schon vergeben sind.
Bei mehrfach versuchen Klapp dann garnicht mehr. Zahlungssystem steigen aus . Keine Möglichkeit seine Punkte online vor vorzuzeigen geschweige denn einzulösen, dafür muss Mann noch immer die Karte mitführen.
Vor Ort Problem wenn Mann Getränke oder Ähnliches holt und seine Karte vorlegt kann Mann im Anschluss nicht mit einer gutscheinkarte bezahlen da das System es nicht kann. Also EDV Lösung im Verbund mangelhafte
