Kinra: AI Nutrition Coach
Food journal you can text
About
What's New in Kinra

Logging now adds up to something you can see. After each check-in, Kinra gives you a short read on how the week went, where your weight is actually trending, and what happens next. Also in this update: Shared tables. Log one meal and have it land in both journals. Each of you keeps your own private journal. A rebuilt meal editor. Change an amount and the calories and macros follow. Half and double are one tap, and units are easier to switch. Clearer weigh-ins. The reminder arrives by default, and the app is direct about when your next check-in lands and what it will look at. More reliable photo logging. When a photo cannot be read, Kinra says so and logs nothing rather than guessing at a number. Steadier habits. A habit works from its first day, and every kind of habit now counts toward the day's progress. Kinra now asks how things are going before it ever asks for a rating, and takes you straight to feedback if something is missing. Smoother replies from the coach, plus fixes for journal scrolling, the day header, and the keyboard covering what you were typing.
