About

A nutrition coach as easy as texting a friend. Log what you ate, understand your estimated calories and macros, and build a plan that learns from you. Log meals your way Send a message, take a photo, speak, or scan a barcode. Keep meals and conversations together in one continuous food journal, with illustrated meal visuals. Hold a message to react to it or reply. Connect Apple Health to bring in your weight, water, steps and active energy, and to save the calories, macros, water and caffeine you log. Log from widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, or from Control Center: speak a meal, snap a photo or add water, and see your macros, meals and streak at a glance. Estimates you can check Kinra shows its assumptions about foods and portions. Correct an estimate in the conversation. Saved food corrections and preferences help with future logs. A plan that adapts Your logged intake and weight trend help Kinra learn your energy needs. Weekly plan reviews can suggest a new target when there is enough data. Kinra can make a small calorie and macro adjustment itself, within your plan’s limits, and shows it in the review. Ask it to undo that, or to check with you first. Larger changes wait for your OK. When logs are too sparse, the target stays put. Small habits, one place Keep a light habit list beside your food journal. Talk through your next meal with a calm AI coach that remembers the context you choose to share. The Kinra interface is available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Czech, Danish, Norwegian Bokmål, Finnish, Japanese, and Korean. What's New in Kinra

1.1.2

October 7, 2026

Pages, records and Settings now open as top drawers, like the dashboard, and details open in place instead of stacking. Chat scrolling, the keyboard and drawers are smoother, and Kinra starts faster. Home has Log a meal and Take a photo buttons. Older art in the guide, recaps, sharing and widgets now matches the rest of the app. In setup, the pace page starts on a steady pace with its dial in view, a button that isn't ready says what it needs, and your first meal gets more time to save. The membership page shows the charge after a free trial, and its date, right above the button. Connection messages are plainer, and we fixed a crash on setup's habit step.
