Share more of your training • Share walks and rides, not just runs. Cards show your route trace, and rides show average speed. • Share Recap now opens straight from your workout summary. • Share, Save, and Copy stay within reach, with the standard iOS share sheet. Apple Watch • Outdoor runs, walks, and rides recorded on Apple Watch now save a route map to Apple Health. • If a workout can't start because Health access is off, your Watch now tells you how to fix it. Smoother sign-up • Names with spaces, like "Charity Otieno", now become valid usernames automatically. • Clearer messages when sign-in or username setup runs into a problem. A more focused KipFit • A tidier Today screen: Walk and Cycle sit side by side under Run. • Kenyan Core shows its real length and contents: a 10-minute mobility, drills, and core routine. • The KipFit Plus offer now lists exactly what's included: guided Fartlek sessions and Pace Coach. • Meditation and the Live Activities setting have been removed so KipFit can stay focused on running. Plus reliability improvements throughout.
