Added a compact icon-only representation (showing just the hourglass icon) when attendance is marked as pending to fit cleanly without truncation. Attendance Screen Statistics: Added a mini segmented-breakdown bar under attendance progress to show a color-coded ratio of Presents, Absents, and Leaves.
