Won’t allow login
Continues saying I have the incorrect password and blocks access when I am sure it is the right one - works on web browser
Can’t log in
I cannot even get the app to open with my user name and password. I am using the correct info as I can log on on my laptop. The mobile platform will not accept my login info
Not friendly at all
Lots of bugs.
1- attempting to login, used the password auto fill on my iPhone. That works but then there’s no way to actually login once the email and password are auto filled. I discovered that I must go back and click on my name as if to type over and then the green login appears. What appears to happen is the keyboard disappears and leaves me with no way to enter or submit. Very frustrating app.
2- after signing a form there’s no way to actually save to pdf what you actually signed. Once it’s signed there’s also not any way to see it. It says the case is closed and a new case is needed to see the old forms. That doesn’t make any sense. I want to save a copy of what I signed.
3- trying to sign the form on the website is impossible. A blank white window comes up and I guess it’s intended for signature but all is blank. I press on the trackpad and see a black dot replace my cursor, but no amount of movement produces any image. There’s also no submit on the laptop version of website.
Overall a poorly designed system. Lots of frustration trying to use it.
