Big Problem!
The store is excellent but there is a problem with their app
that needs to be fixed‼️ I am a Nepali citizen so I am not
permitted by law, to hold an international Visa Card. My
Nepali bank VisaCard is only valid in Nepali rupees.
There is nowhere on there app to chose rupees or dollars!
For some reason, sometimes the app, for no reason,
decides to change my account from rupees to dollars!
This prevents me from using my Nepali Visa card and from
paying online! It’s happened before and it takes them
several days to change my account back to rupees, where
it is supposed to be. This stores app is great, but they
have to fix their app so that you can chose which currency
you require your account to be in! There is no place on
their IOS app that permits you to do that!

Unreliable Service
Don’t expect delivery as stated. In addition, No information is provided about delay in delivery. Would not recommend if you’re looking to order something within a few days.
Worst app ever
Worst shopping experience. I won’t recommend anyone to shop. Took more than 20 days for delivery and even didn’t get all the items delivery and they don’t even inform you. Hope you improve your way of informing about the delivery of the products and also only put the available product on the web.
Unhappy with the service
The first time the service of Kirana was ok. The second time it took them many more day and eventually when they came they only had a few of my items and the rest they didn’t have. That especially made me feel very disappointed with their service. They should have called me and let me know that those items are not there so I would not have waited all that time. If possible I would from now on shop with another company.

Great vision but lacking finesse
App is very buggy. Long reload time, clashing payment methods. You can’t even edit your personal details as phone numbers. Really unsatisfied yet hopeful for better shopping experience from abroad in coming days

The lady staff whose last num is 508, she should learn some manner or else they gonna loose customers from abroad because no one gonna recommend this app. Very disappointed
