Very poorly managed
I want to call on the attentionof the developer to look into updating this app, i got excited when i found out about the app and went straight to download it, made 3 different attempts to sign up, i got charged for wvery single attempt but no account created, i tried to get to the customer care but no progress as i want to believe it is automated. At the end of the day i got charged without any account created.

This is one of the most unreliable apps I have encountered. The customer service is very poor, and they rarely respond to emails or phone calls. What is even more frustrating is that when you try to top up your units, the money may be deducted from your account, yet no units appear in the Kirani app. Because of these recurring issues, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
