What happened?!
The app used to be very easy to shop for accessories etc., but today I couldn’t even find the shopping for what I need until I read a blog post and at the very bottom of the post was a section for shopping (way to hide it!) So I finally have everything I need I’m my cart, and the checkout button doesn’t work…I updated my app, thinking that was the problem…it wasn’t. Still everything mentioned above is true. Aren’t apps supposed to improve with updates?

Contact Doesn’t Work
This app is garbage. We have a problem with a vacuum only a month old. I went to the Contact page but there ia no submit button for the request. Can’t contact them.
The app is very helpful however…
The app seems to be geared specifically for the latest model of Kirby vacuums. There are many of us with older models since these things nearly last forever. It would be great if the app could be updated to allow the user to set up their profile for their specific machine. That way our machine image would display and videos, etc would display for the user’s model only.

Very handy!
Kirby is a complete system and it’s quite a lot to remember, this makes it possible for us to have and go to whenever we need a reminder on how to put together one of it 12 MODES in one!!! So awesome!!
Shiesty
This company is shiesty I bought a vacuum and decided I wanted to return it in but since I had two contracts they switched the days I could return it. Smh who has a 3 day return policy and fails to bring it up during a demo! You go through the whole contract but don’t go through that part.
