Usually doesn’t work
You have a 50% chance of this app working. When it actually does it’s a fine banking app but you will constantly be locked out with “unable to verify login” information. Very bad app, very unreliable bank.
Stupid
Recently I haven’t even been able to do any transfers without the app crashing I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it doesn’t work. It makes it really hard to pay bills when you can’t transfer money……. Most the time the app works fine but the past month has been a nightmare
Needs updated or I need a new bank
If I could say zero stars I would. This app and their company website constantly has issues with logging in- it won’t take Face ID or my password. Regardless if it is my phone or my husbands phone or my various laptops. I am ready for a new bank! Fix this glitch or we are gone. As of today- we left the bank completely. I have the right to have access to my money and this company refuses to fix this issue.
