The app is genuinely easy to use and well-designed. Took about 2 min tops to sign up and create a profile. And the UI is pretty straightforward, so booking the actual appts. and checking in took seconds. There’s also an additional health feature once you become a member, so that’s a nice bonus

Fast and Efficient
Both the app and the service from KIRO have been incredibly fast and efficient. I get this nagging pain in neck and shoulders and having someone do a quick adjustments that I can book easily is a god send
