Excellent App!
This is the best banking app I have ever used and the support is top notch. There are many great features that come with this app. You have your bill pay options as well as person to person which allows you to send money to anybody that has a debit card. You can also set up a budget, track your expenses and set goals. Kish went above and beyond with this app…..

Very slow performance
With every update of the app since full re-design, the app is slower and slower. This last update made it unusable at all. So many time I just sit and look at updating your account message. Someone really need to work on optimization.
With latest update, it keeps saying unable to authenticate. I’ve tried resetting app, deleting and reinstalling with same error. App is not usable.

Mobile deposit stinks
My Mobile deposit took more than 24 hours because the employees would rather close than pay attention to mobile checks. It’s just inconvenient
Severely Sub-Par
The layout of the app is simple and ergonomic to and extent, but the software behind it is hot garbage. Frequently having issues seeing how much is in my account, to the point where I once went an entire week without being able to see how much money I have. Would make more sense to keep a notebook with physical paper rather than having to flip a coin for whether the app will run today or not. I’m seriously concerned that Kish hasn’t hired a better developer in order to fix this terrible app.

Almost useless
This app was designed by people who never kept a check register or tried to balance their accounts. It is useless for these purposes.

New App Is Awful
The app is pretty but not very usable. It frequently is in a state where it won’t launch and has the “progress wheel” spinning. At the moment the app will not launch at all. The new app also has UX issues that make some functions downright difficult to find. Not very “innovative” in my opinion. The app needs to go back to usability testing and/or QA testing doe bug fixes.

Doesn’t open
I have been trying for 2 days and the app won’t open!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Never even had a chance to use the app cuz it just will not open ! Just see the loading swirl thing forever . I need to know exactly what’s in my account but now I have to call the bank to find out and it’s the weekend ! So now I gotta wait . I’d rate zero stars if I could

Please be sure to download the latest verison of the app. The app changed May 18th and now requires you to delete the app and download the newest version.
App won’t open
The app hasn’t opened for me in almost two weeks.
Never loads
This app never loads when I open it the only way it loads is if I uninstall the app and reinstall it and then it only works for about a day or two and it’s been doing this for about a year now. Really annoying

I just opened an account and downloaded the app. It won’t open at all.
Not working
Was working fine but now it won’t even open to the log in screen. It just keeps spinning with the Kish logo

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Never had a problem with the old app. This one proves problematic every time. Cannot take a photo. Cannot deposit. Ditch this app!
Can’t open app
The app had been opening. But 6/20 & 6/21 it only spins and doesn’t open. I phone X
Constant crashes can’t open. Every time the phone is updated. The app crashes
For the last 3 days. Has done nothing but crash and lock you out of account. Apple says it’s the banks issue, bank says it’s Apples issue. Somebody best figure out out!!!
