Excellent e-reader with many features!
Only using it because I must
This is the worse e-reader app. I get kicked out of it often. I have two kids that have to use this app for school - they cannot both be on it at the same time, but I also can’t create a second account and move books from one to the other without buying them again.
Update: it is also RIDICULOUS that the developer took a YEAR to respond and then it was a very canned response. I’m going to petition my children’s school to dump kitaboo

Can’t sign in or change password
I can’t even get into the app…ridiculous.
Bad design
Kitaboo won’t let you download the books to multiple devices. So if you get it you won’t be able to read the books on your computer and your tablet... which is really inconvenient.
This app is awful.
First and foremost, this app is almost 100% inaccessible to blind and disabled users. I mean, many apps have some issues with this, but they almost had to purposely try hard to make it this non compliant with accessibility standards. But even for sighted users it's awful. I have documents missing some letters on some pages, it logs you out after just a few minutes of inactivity,it can't change your password without locking up, and the text is undynamic and can't be manipulated. You can't scroll or turn pages without it being in its original form (i.e., no zooming or pinching to enlarge or change focus), quirky and buggy, will shut down about 25% of the time. After I finish the book I am suffering through with it(required reading or I would have given up) it is getting immediately deleted. Awful. And the web version of this service is only marginally better. Why do people use these!?!?
