Unfinished???
I’m not sure if this game is unfinished and they just put it on the App Store prematurely because they wanted it out there, or what the situation is. As of right now though, it definitely feels unfinished. First of all, what even is the point of getting all the way to the end and receiving the trophy? You do not receive any bonus for that. One could argue that at least that means you managed to win the maximum amount of gems, but even the gyms are pointless. Go into the store, and try to use them. The only thing in the store are characters. No customizations for the characters, no hats, sunglasses, running shoes, etc. Just characters. And you can’t even use the gems to unlock new characters, as it appears the only way to unlock them is by progressing in the game. Furthermore, once you reach level 90, upon completing it, you just start back over again on level one. The last two shadowed out characters do not even get presented to you. The banana is the last character you unlock, even after apparently completing the game and restarting back to level one, even though there are two more blacked out characters in the store, indicating two additional characters to unlock. Oh, and when you reset, you get to keep all of your useless gems, but you lose all of the characters you have previously unlocked. You reset back to only having the blueberry. I’m hoping they just have not finished the game yet, and plan on adding more levels, completing the two final characters and setting levels at what you can unlock them, and then add stuff to the in-App Store for you to purchase, giving you incentive to even win the gems.
