Love it now
I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years. The improvements have been amazing. I stopped playing a few hears ago because it was ran so poorly. It’s all been fixed and now worth a 5 star review.

I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years now. My progress got deleted somehow after all the Colcuta. So, I start from the beginning again. Love the recipes.
Pay to play - required equipment costs way too much
Coins earned will never come close to coins needed to buy equipment. As you advance in the game you will spend real money, ALOT of REAL MONEY! It’s unfortunate they decided to make it so unfair to the player as this could definitely be a 5 star game, it is my favorite by far, but it gets frustrating when REQUIRED equipment costs 450,000 or more each (& you always need 2 so that’s 900,000 & you only make a tiny, itsy bitsy fraction of that winning levels). Then you have to TRY to pass many levels before premium appliances to become available. Right now I’m almost at the end of a land & still waiting for the premium to become available and of course it’s the appliance needed most so I’ve burned through a ton of boosters just trying to pass because the level 1 appliance is way TOO SLOW. It’s stacked against the player making you lose levels over & over and then the game becomes more infuriating than enjoyable . I understand devs need to make money and I have paid a lot of real cash in this game because I do love it but it gets to a point that it’s just greedy. I’ve played past levels for days just to earn enough coins to buy equipment for the new land which gets extremely boring. Games should be fun not annoying. The balance of costs to rewards definitely needs to be more fair.

I gave this game 3 stars because after watching each ad for the watch and earn there been over 5 times I wasn’t awarded the $1 dollars in which I reported but it still happens .
Keeping Customers From Leaving While You Cooking Their Food
Will you please find ways to keep them from leaving while players are cooking their food, please,because it’s making more difficult for us to beat them that way!🙁

I had to delete the app as it was buggy. I’ve now lost access to my account which I have been playing on for years. I can’t get back on it at all

Is anyone else having issues trying to cook the bacon? Everything freezes up with arrows and won’t let you do anything after you get the bacon

Fun game, but…
There are a lot of glitches going on with this game. When I buy dollars and coins, they don’t go to my account. Also, in the new levels, the chef won’t move so I have to close the game and try again. It’s a really fun game, but there are some kinks that need to be worked out. I emailed the support team and got my coins and money added a few days later. It really is a fun game! ❤️ level 69 does not work

Lost achievements
I was on publin and when I went to play again all my levels had been lost, the ones I’d completed are now locked so I’m having to start all the way from Mount Fuji again, the cooking equipment I’d purchased with fillers are now back to basics and frustrated as I’ve actually spent money on this game and was doing well, sadly lost my joy of the game

Beware
A lot of glitches that takes paid and earned items but don’t allow gameplay. Lost a lot from glitches and haven’t received refund, items, or communication from support
Cheater cheaters
I love this game however it LOVES to make you fail a level. Like you have to successfully make 6 dishes and serve them to customers, but will never organically get enough customers that want that item. Creators bank on you spending extra cash just to ensure that you beat the level, other than that you will be stuck. Also you can use power ups to make extra cash and STILL fail to make at least 1 star….HOW???

New content and improved performance
I have been playing this game awhile and so glad that new developers have made this game so much better. Interesting challenges, some are a bit tricky but they give you ability to earn free items at a regular pace.
