Why when I’m arrived on level 4 the game say I need downloading this part to play it 😭😭 please help me I don’t know how make this

Have been playing this games since when i was 16years now im 25 yall need to upgrade this game nothing has really change but am not really complaining because i still love the games when i saw it today i was happy because the last time i play it was 2022
Not downloading files
It’s a very nice game but when it gets to pizorella it refuses to download files like it said so I’m kinda stuck
Some unrealistic problems
Soo i really love this game, it reminds me of my childhood so much. But now that I’m older, I’ve noticed some unrealistic mistakes in the game. Why is it that my target is 16 people, I serve 16 people but 15 unsatisfied.. and it doesn’t count? I’m still serving them, they’re still accepting it! It should count!!! This game is supposed to relax you, not have your fingers burning across the screen trying to get an unrealistic target!
