Kitchin AI has truly been a game changer for me. I’ve been tracking my macros for over four years to support specific nutrition and fitness goals, and I’ve tried countless apps along the way. Some were decent, but none come close to how intuitive and comprehensive this one is! Kitchin AI seamlessly helps me track my daily intake while also bringing together data I didn’t even realize I needed in one place, like my sleep patterns and medications, which gives me a much clearer picture of my overall health. It feels less like a basic tracking app and more like a daily utility and personal food and health companion I can actually rely on. I also love the meal planning and recipe features, especially on busy days when I don’t have time to research new ideas.
