New update is terrible
I can not see the totals of my accounts at all. So I can’t see how much money is in my account. If it stays like this I will go to a different bank because this is ridiculous
Worst banking app out there. Works about 10% of the time.
When I’ve talked with people at the bank they just shrug. I have other banking apps with no issues. Find another bank and save yourself some aggravation.
Bad at mobile deposits
Great for checking balances but 90% of the time cannot process a mobile deposit. I’ve tried reinstalling, etc, but keep having the problem. These are clear checks with good lighting. Very frustrating.

I’ve been using the app for about a year. I find it well designed and easy to use. I’ve had no issues with navigating the app, using bill pay or making mobile deposits.
I can’t see my balance
The new update took away the ability to check your current balance. That’s one of the main reasons I use the app.
