wifi環境でやっていてずっと快適だったのに、この数日間『湿地の宝探し』と『チーム』(ヘルプしたりできるところ)、『きらめきにゃんこレース』に入れなくなっています。
いずれも「接続エラー。ネット環境をご確認の上リトライしてください」「インターネットに接続してください」と表示されます。
それと、キャットカップで入賞しているのにそこも「インターネットに接続してください」となって、賞品を受け取れてない感じです。
スマホ本体ではWi-Fiに繋がりアンテナ4本。
普通にステージゲームはできるし、広告を見ることもできる。ネットは繋がってるんですよねー。
「旅路」もクリアできました。
スマホを再起動しても変わらず、ゲームのバージョンも最新。あとはゲームを一度削除してダウンロードし直しか... と思いますが、データが消えるのが怖くてできていません。ゲームの問い合わせから質問しましたがまだ何の回答もないです。
サーバートラブルとかでしょうか？他にも同じような状態の方はいないでしょうか？いたらどうやって解決できたでしょうか。情報共有できる場所はないでしょうか... 。

Love this game still after a year
I’ve been playing this game a long time and find it both challenging and fun. I love the team events and have met some nice players here. Graphics and gameplay are wonderful. Keep up the good work!

I play the same game as everyone else for an Easter frame and mine has a stupid fish in the corner while others have a bunny this is not fair play. I didn’t go through all that to get a fish frame for Easter! The rewards should be the same it’s digital not physical - can’t tell me you ran out of the ability to create more frames with bunnies. Get on your computer and generate more!

時間を溶かすゲーム
困ってることがあります。前日の泉かマグマが途中の状態で次の日の更新(朝9時)を迎えると、更新後にあるはずの泉が表示されません。
泉のチャレンジがクエストの最初に入ってたりするのでクリアできず、他のクエストも鍵がかかった状態で開かないため、いきなり詰みます。
改善してほしいです。
