Help with game

I love this game so much but it keeps kicking me out of the game. I tried to make some storage but it doesn’t work. I even turned off my tablet for 5 second and it still wouldn’t work. Please fix it. Me and my brother use to play it when we were so little. Me and my bother just want to go back to our smaller child hood. Please fix it🥺
