HORRIBLE
Don’t get this card they steal your hard working money wit decline fees even when you have enough money on your card. They took $20 from my card for no reason. I would rate 0 stars but I can’t because I can’t submit without putting at least one star. They need to close this app.

My job offers next day pay through this card which is such a help and I’m glad that my job offers it however Kittrell takes away from it by being the absolute WORST prepaid card I’ve ever had , not customer service it’s like terrible and it’s so janky I got a new card and the account number on the card wouldn’t even activate or work it’s literally the worst smh

Can’t freeze card
This pay card is HORRIBLE I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app just so I can have the option to freeze my bank card and it still doesn’t work. I only have this card from my job I wish they pick another card holder to go with…

What an awesome improvement
I’ve used this app and card for years through my employer and I must say, the most recent set of updates have been great. The customer service team is always quick to respond with issues. Happy to see all the bugs have been fixed making it easier to keep this card and using the app.
Pointless card
You can’t even make online purchases with this card the only thing you can do is have ur check added on their.. if you ask me they are only out to make money off u using their card smh what an trash card.. and you can’t even call customer service because they close early which doesn’t help ppl that works during the day..

Won’t show your balance. Honestly the app is pointless. Kittrell is the worst Paycard I’ve ever had and they do nothing to make it better.

Don’t work
Every time I download this app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max it will download and take me to the log in screen. Once I put the info in it acts like it’s going to log in and never does log in. This has been a issue that has been going on and I figured this would have been fixed by now. I used to have no issue before and gave the app 5 stars till the app stopped working. Please fix
