Bad app
Old app worked fine. New app did its take over and the app can’t connect to my system.
If I could give a zero star value, I would. I’d like the old app back.

iPhone stuttering
Most recent update causes very bad stuttering in the live view mode on 13 pro max. I wish I could got back to the previous version.

After performing customization in the app setting using the app, when you push “finished” and finished and finished and again, etc… when you go back to the app, still there the option you supposed disable again and again… this glitch must be fixed, also LED lights doesn’t turn on automatically in any settings, before upgrade YES, GMT zone hours is a mess, you must play around to make sure camera have the right time in your zone, pls… do something. But device still work and is sturdy well made, but this app needs a developer to troubleshoot.

Passwords problems
I add a password on 2 & them it said the password is incorrect

Great til recently
Easy set up. I have a monitor and iPad to watch my property at any given time and day but recently the iPad app keep shutting off after 10 mins saying for security purposes. What’s the point of a monitoring system if it’s not on 24/7. I can understand if it shuts off 6 hrs but every 10 minutes?! That’s annoying. Please fix this.

Security app is not safe.
So I set up my cameras and they work perfectly fine but man every time I go into the app it crashes every time. Then might crash again or will work but this is nonsense kittyhook what if there’s a accident or emergency or someone is breaking into my house? By the time I look at the cameras on this crap app it’ll be to late. Very very disappointed and upset. FIX THIS ASAP THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD!!!!

Worst camera and app ever. Return it back and get your money. Rubbish
Bad App
Set up system with ease. But App would not work. Customer Service was non existent. Finally gave up and returned the wireless security system even though I really liked it.

I wrote up a fairly negative review for this app, yet don’t see it. Gave it two stars with my legit reasons why it is bad, now lowered to one after censorship.

Worth every penny!
My husband and I bought this system for our house and it was delivered when he was at work so I texted him and told him it came and I wanted to check it out well I just started putting it together really didn’t even use the instructions... was common sense. And I had it set up by time he got home (actually in 2 hours but that was bc I had to find a drill and also set up 3 of the cameras outside and deal with my 1 year old twins too) The picture is so clear and as soon as I plugged them all in it popped up on the tv on its own.
