I am absolutely furious. This app charged me $49.99 without my permission or any clear notification. I did not authorize this payment, and stealing money hidden behind confusing terms is completely unacceptable.
This is an absolute scam. I want an immediate refund. If you value your money and your privacy, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

For normal person like me this price is too high for month
You should absolutely not subscribe to this service !
Do not sign up for this service. I paid $17 for an annual plan, but about five months later I noticed that an additional $50 had been charged to my account without my knowledge. There was no clear notification or explanation for this charge.
When I tried to resolve the issue, it was nearly impossible to reach a real customer service representative. You are constantly redirected to automated systems, and nobody seems willing to take responsibility or provide a proper solution.
Based on my experience, this company is not trustworthy. Unauthorized charges combined with inaccessible customer support made me feel like I was being scammed. Save your money and avoid this service.

Finally an app that fits the way I actually read. I get through way more books now because I can listen on my commute and then check the summary later to lock in what I learned. The summaries are sharp — not too long, not too short, just the key ideas. Audio quality is great too, voices sound natural and not robotic. Honestly replaced two other apps on my phone.

This experience raises serious concerns about how the subscription system is handled. I expect a full refund for all incorrect charges and a clear explanation of why cancellation did not stop billing.

I was charged immediately after downloading the app, with no trial period at all. When I try to log in, it keeps showing an error and tells me to try again. The app does not work as expected, and I do not recommend it. This feels misleading and like a scam.

They offered a trial membership, so I signed up. Even though they said there was no need to cancel after a month, they started charging me for the membership. It's a program designed purely for money. Don't buy it.

I downloaded the app and activated the 7-day free trial. After using it for 2 days, I didn’t like it, so I deleted my account and then removed the app. Despite this, I was charged a subscription fee for three consecutive months. When they attempted to charge me for the fourth time, my bank detected the issue and froze my credit card. This is nothing short of theft. This is a fraudulent practice.

Снимает деньги даже когда отписываешься. Уже год или больше постоянно пытаются снять оплату, поддержка не отвечает, подписки давно нет, приложения нет. Само приложение отстой, удалено после пары дней пользования.
