Set your password from the link in that email. 3. Sign in to Kiwi with the same details, answer the intake questions, and your coach builds your program. TRAINING See today's session exercise by exercise. Sets, reps and weights are already there, and you log your work as you train. Every exercise has a video your coach picked or filmed. Sessions save even when the gym has no signal. NUTRITION The meal plan your coach built, meal by meal. Portions, recipes, daily energy and macros are all visible. Your plan turns into a shopping list in one tap. PROGRESS Weight, measurements and photos in one view. Steps sync from your phone's health data automatically. Your coach sees the same data and adjusts your plan. WEEKLY CHECK IN Answer your coach's questions on the day they chose. The app reminds you in time, so the check in does not slip. CHAT Your questions go straight to your own coach. Replies, instructions and files stay in one conversation. HABITS Your coach can set daily targets such as sleep, water or steps.
