Helpdesk is not user friendly at all, and do not respond. Transaction dates are moved so they are always pending.

Would not let me sign in just moments after registration then reset app still can’t sign on says does not exist

Super slow in terms of the cashback appearing in your account on the app. Says takes up to 14 weeks, but takes months and months longer. Doesn’t seem like they get followed up unless you email them. Sends ‘updates’ in the form of emails which don’t actually contain any information. Slow to respond to emails. Some links don’t work.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
This app caused damage extensive to my iPad. I had to fully rest my iPad to fix it and still have a few issues. It caused all the apps to stop functions properly, couldn’t use the keypad and it kept scrolling all over the place on it own. Dangerous app! It did damage to my Samsung phone too.
Wont claim stores through app
I purchased a lot of items in a particular store through its app however I just discovered it wont actually track the purchases unless you use a browser! I just hope i can still claim them using their “missing cashback ticket” portion of their kiwiwallet app. At least make the app track purchases in apps for convenience ☹️
