Paid for shoes in September, it’s December and I haven’t received anything yet. He keeps making new drops but nothing but where is mine. I’ve contacted multiple times and now about to dispute with my bank. Crazy business

Worst customer service ever!
Ordered a shirt in April and it still hasn’t shipped yet. No response to customer emails and contact number is just a voicemail that tells you to email the address that doesn’t respond. Even tried to contact on social media to no response.
No need to use the app if the process of ordering a single shirt is this bad!

Waiting on my shoes I ordered months ago…
I love the design he has and the quality however the turn around time takes forever! I bought the shadow kiy shoes when they dropped and still haven’t seen them it’s been over 4 months … I can’t even get a refund or contact anyone from the site …….
