Kizoona Chat

Kizoona Chat is the companion app to Kizoona, installed on a family member's device after a grown-up has set things up on the main Kizoona app. It's a small, private chat for talking to friends and family. You need a grown-up on Kizoona to set you up first. Once you're in, you can chat with friends whose grown-ups also said yes, and with family. HOW FRIENDS GET ADDED A grown-up on your side AND a grown-up on your friend's side both have to say yes to each new friend. No strangers can sneak in, and no one can add you without a grown-up you trust approving. WHO READS ALONG For each chat, a grown-up decides whether they read along, or whether it's private — that's set once per chat, not on the whole app. Whichever way it is, you always see at the top of every chat exactly which grown-ups can read it. If you'd like the setting changed for a specific chat, you can ask your grown-up, and they can say yes or no. HOW IT'S DIFFERENT No ads. No data games. Nothing here is trying to sell you things. No ads, no algorithm deciding what you see, no followers or likes to chase. Our business model isn't your data. We're not trying to keep you scrolling. Not owned by a big company. Kizoona is made by a small, independent team in Europe. Not a big social network, not an ad company, not something a shareholder is pushing to squeeze more out of you. Your data stays in Europe. All the servers that make Kizoona work live in the EU. Your messages, contacts, photos — everything stays here. We don't ship your stuff off to other countries for "analytics". PRIVATE BY DESIGN Every message you send is scrambled on your phone before it leaves, and only the people in the chat (plus the grown-ups you chose to watch along) can unscramble it. Not even Kizoona can read your messages. No AI is trained on what you write. Nothing scans your chats in the background. WHAT'S INSIDE • 1-to-1 chats and small group chats. • Send photos, reply to a message, react with emoji. • Add friends by scanning a QR code when you're in the same room, or by typing a short 4-word phrase. • Choose which of your grown-ups reads along in each chat. • Works offline until you're back online; no messages get lost. Your keys never leave your phone. QUIET HOURS Some chats might be "paused" at certain times — that's your grown-up deciding when that chat is open.
