App does not get points reliably
Scanned loyalty card and paid for meal. Nothing shows in app, staff at restaurant is helpless. App doesn’t even list support infomation, if it doesn’t work, you are SOL
I had 4 $25 gift cards
You can only use 1 gift card per checkout. You cannot use multiple gift cards. And if the balance is not enough to cover your order you have to charge cash onto that gift card. I have 3 more gift cards meaning I will have to purchase 3 more times… This app at checkout is bad.
Can’t register existing account with phone number
This is the worst app ever. The user experience is poorly designed, users can’t link their existing accounts tied to their phone with the app, and there’s no way to register through the app. Waste of time.
Registration is messed up
I already have reward points in my phone number which I gathered throughout my each visit. I saw this app during one of the visits and try to register my account. To register account, they require you to enter number but they are telling me that there is ‘Duplicate User’ for my phone number(probably from the reward system they used). But it shouldn’t block users like us to blocked out from registration.

Credit and debit card not accepted from two large banks… go back to what you had before you released this “upgrade”. I can no longer make orders to go..
