Perfect for travel
I love this app because I can do my Pilates anywhere. It’s great when I’m away for work or don’t have time to get to a studio class! The workouts are varied but not over complicated so it would suit any level.

I have been using KARV app for a few weeks now and I’m loving it! The workouts are super effective, and the 5-day challenge was so much fun to do - it kept me motivated and on track each day. I love that you could redo them as often as you wanted, woohoo! The LIVE reformer sessions are amazing, it feels like you are in a real studio or having a personal trainer in your home. Well done, Karina, you have inspired me to keep going and feel better within myself.

Game changer!
This morning’s live reformer class on the KARV app was absolutely incredible! Karina’s energy, clear instructions, and perfectly balanced workout left me feeling strong and so motivated. The flow was challenging yet still accessible - I loved it! I’m already looking forward to the next session.. this at home Pilates app has been a game changer for me already :) Thanks Karina!

Fun and effective!
I have just done 2 weeks of the intermediate challenge and these 20-30min workouts are perfect to start my day. Karina gives really clear instructions without unnecessary chatter and love that I can pop on my own music. Highly recommend if you want to feel stretchy and strong!!

Ngl, I've been following Karina's workouts forever and the results are actually insane! So hyped she finally dropped an app - it's such a game changer being able to do everything from my phone, makes the whole experience way more seamless. Definitely worth downloading!
