I use it daily

Honestly my goto for research and many projects.

Works really well! Very useful!

Using this with a free account with Tailscale effectively gives you on the go access to everything on the machine you are prepared to let Opencode touch, with an almost entirely open source or open weights stack.

It did exactly what I was hoping it would do and I’m very happy for it to be available and so easy to set up.

Amazingly Useful

Great app, finding it super useful. So happy I found this before I fully committed to building my own solution 😅. One suggestion though, I am noticing that KKCode sends me a completion notification when an OpenCode session is still running something in the background. Not the end of the world, but it can get a little bit annoying.

Really fantastic app

Would be great if you could support custom headers on the server connection for use with Cloudflare Zero Trust

Ne fonctionne plus 😓

Déçu ça ne marche plus avec application tierce

Completely changed how I run agents

This app opened a world of possibility for connecting over to my agent machine, don’t have to sit in front of it, don’t have to run webpages or webapps. Just a native app which talks directly to OpenCode, clean and easy to set up good documentation and every update has had a good set of features or bug fixes which have had a real impact.

amazing app

thank you so much 🙏🔥

Additional functionality

Add the ability to copy the agent’s report with a single button.

Wonderful app

This is a great app for handling agents, potentially the best app, thank you. -

A few suggestions, can we get a toggle for the collapsed tool calls? I personally like the old way better and find it annoying to have to tap it just the see the list of things the agent is doing, with multiple sessions going its not helpful to me but counterintuitive instead. -

Also battery drain is a real issue. -

Potentially add the ability to create project workspaces from the app to group sessions together based on project/endpoint or provider. -

Ability to set model defaults and agent defaults within the app?

Edit: i have found a new bug, when a session disconnects while active when it comes back the app still shows it as active and cannot stop it because it isn’t active and it basically makes it impossible to continue the session. (Also the ability to fork the session i cant seem to get to work in the update? That was the only way to save the session before.)

Also thank you for such a wonderful response to my feedback.

Amazing)

Working! And with opencode v2 … I like it)

Useful little tool

I've tried a few of these tools and this one is the best so far. Not flawless but still useful.

Easy to pick model and choose favourites.

Sometimes the styling seems delayed so you see varying sizes of text.
Deleting sessions doesn't seem to persist?
My main gripe is you can't queue messages in the session. If you want to send another prompt you have to stop the agent first.
I'd like the changes/folder icons to be further left as it's off the screen if you using a long model name

Response from developer

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! These are all very specific and helpful points. 1. Regarding the delayed styling you mentioned, would you mind sharing a screen recording if possible? It would help me understand and reproduce the issue more accurately. You can send it to us at Support@kkcode.app. 2. I’ll investigate the issue where deleted sessions don’t seem to stay deleted and see what’s happening. 3. Regarding queued messages: with OpenCode 2, the server API now supports message queuing, which makes it much easier to integrate on the app side. This is already on the development roadmap. 4. I know exactly what you mean about the Changes / Folder icons getting pushed off-screen by long model names — I’ve run into this myself as well. Since those controls weren’t used very frequently, I had accepted the current layout for the time being. But since it’s affecting actual usage, I’ll revisit the design. If you have a better layout in mind, I’d love to hear your thoughts. For example, would it make more sense to place those icons before the Agent and Model / Provider selectors? Thanks again for taking the time to share all of this. Feedback like this really helps improve KKCode!

Great App to use OpenCode

It’s already a great app so soon after release. All primary needs for OC are available. It does a good job of mirroring iOS functionality (like swiping) into the OC interface.

Notifications are coming along and live activity is interesting, if a bit over zealous in being shown so much. Maybe I’ll get used to it.

Right now with WhisperCode being more a UI wrapper and not getting updates I suspect I’ll stick with kkcode and see how it evolves and support the dev. (A supporter badge in the app would be cool too!)
