What's New in KLAR

1.1.1

July 15, 2026

New: Earn beautiful holographic milestone cards as you stack up clean days — tap to flip and reveal each one, collect the whole set, and share your wins. Cards come in five rarity tiers, including cards for the grams and doses you didn't use, the cravings you rode out, and a genesis card for the day you decided to begin. New: The Withdrawal view tracks your clarity, sleep, and cravings against the typical recovery curve — and after a few days of logging, Klar draws your personal forecast right alongside it. New: A Vulnerability readout shows when your risk runs higher — with plain reasons drawn from your own history — and the Craving Clock reveals the hour cravings hit you hardest. New: Log a craving in one tap, right from your home screen. Every craving you ride out sharpens your forecast and your patterns. New: 73 adaptive lessons across 7 tracks — Klar picks the right one for a heavy day, a slip, or a rough symptom, personalized to how you used (to sleep, to start the morning, to handle stress). Tell it "Helped" or "Not for me" and it tunes what comes next. New: Reinforce who you're becoming with a one-line nightly ritual — a quiet, growing record of the person you're proving yourself to be. New: Make "Your Why" personal — pin a photo or a note, build a gallery of what you're moving toward, and keep your reason one tap away. New: See your money in your own currency — Klar detects it automatically, and you can change it anytime in Settings. New: Dawnrunner, a calming one-thumb light-running game to ride out a craving — tap to hop, hold to leap, glide through the night into the dawn. New: Choose when your Daily Insight arrives — and quiet hours mean Klar never pings you late at night. Improved: Brain recovery now honors your whole story — clean days build healing, and a slip only dents it instead of wiping you back to zero. Improved: After a slip, tell Klar what triggered it — the Withdrawal view charts your most common triggers so you can spot your patterns. Improved: After a slip, your ring celebrates your lifetime clean days instead of dropping to zero — and your recovery phase follows your current streak, so the dashboard, calendar, and lessons all agree. Improved: A redesigned plan reveal — your dependency score on an animated dial, a clearer three-phase timeline, and your quit date front and center — plus your very first collectible card, "The Decision." Improved: Money, time, and consumption screens now project a full year ahead and highlight your next milestone on the curve. Improved: The journey-heatmap widget shows your whole journey, comes in a new large size with stat cards, and every widget shows money in your own currency — plus a new stats-overview widget. Improved: All 14 tool icons redrawn in a clean monoline style. Fixed: Daily Insights now arrive reliably and meet you where you are — after a slip they support your restart instead of celebrating an old day count. Fixed: Widgets now refresh reliably and never show a sample user before your first sync. Fixed: A single slip no longer breaks your streak, slip days are never miscounted as clean, and your best streak reflects your true longest run. Fixed: Milestone cards unlock only when genuinely earned, streak badges no longer stick on slip days, and your Achievements summary counts correctly. Fixed: Widget stats stay honest after a slip — streak, clean days, and brain recovery drop and recover in step with the app. Fixed: After a relapse the ring shows your real current streak, and it fills in step with the number at its center. Fixed: Switching a day between clean and slip updates its activity log right away, and the calendar success rate is accurate. Fixed: The celebration confetti shows up front and center, and the onboarding screen no longer flashes at launch. Fixed: Deleting your account now removes all of your data, everywhere.

User reviews

Fine but frustrating

No matter what I did, including deleting and recreating an account, it was always tracking 48 hours clean on my first day.

Wasn’t given a “Day 1” session and the app is very counterintuitive. Most info is hidden behind random menus.

Cant help but feel like AI is behind most the advice. It’s basically Grounded with a more tech bro skin.

For the cost, I frankly felt scammed.
