Noch Ausbaufähig aber Super

Ich persönlich mag die App, sie ist aber noch Ausbaufähig. Man kann zum Beispiel seine persönliche Vorhersage noch nicht Personalisieren oder aus einer gewählten Interaktion manchmal nicht heraus,weil das Program hängt. Aber sonst bin ich völlig zufrieden

App doesn’t work …

I wanted to like this app & thought it would be helpful, but it jams up 1/2 way through loading & won’t load any actual information other than air quality !
I even removed it & re-added the app, but this only fixed the problem that 1 time …

Doesn’t work

Great concept but the app does not function. Tried logging in and got stuck on the page where you press “allow” or “don’t allow” regarding data. Closed the app and went back on it, successfully logged in and then tried to log first day of symptoms but nothing happens when I press confirm. It just isn’t functioning unfortunately and it isn’t worth having to restart the app for

So far so good

Only had this app for a month and so far am loving it. The interface is clear, clean, and simple. Everything is there is an easy to see and use interface. My only criticism and it’s a niggle would be to have an overall layout where you can see all the pollen types and your log of how you felt that day as well as being able to filter to the specific pollen types

Decent but inaccurate

I like using this app to track my symptoms- however the allergy calendar is clearly incorrect for grass in the UK.. no allergies in May are you kidding?!

i get really bad allergies but this app offers advice, metrics and tracking options! the information of levels of pollen is pretty cool, and the information provided useful! one thing i wish i was able to do was make individual notes when logging my symptoms in the day, so a daily notes feature!

Tolle App

Eine hilfreiche App, die visuell sehr ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ich fände es super, wenn man die durch Tests bestätigten Allergien (z. B. Birke, Erle etc.) hinterlegen könnte und dann täglich eine personalisierte Einschätzung erhält, wie belastend der Tag voraussichtlich wird. Dann wäre die App in meinen Augen perfekt.

Air quality daily forecast graph gone.

Edit: now there is no
Pollution rating number. Pollution is a major contributing factor to lung health, to remove it degrades the usefulness of the app.

Latest update removes the useful daily air quality forecast graph and replaces it with one number for the current time only. This means we are unable to plan our daily outdoor activities so we avoid going out when the air quality is forecast to be poor. Now it’s pot luck.

Man kann seine Symptome nicht differenziert eingeben (z.B. bei der Nase heißt es nur allgemein laufend, verstopft, juckend. Was ist mit nur Niesen, wenn alles andere nicht zutrifft). Auch die Intensität jedes Symptoms lässt sich nicht eintragen. Nur eine allgemeine Aussage wie sich sich die Allergien auf einen auswirken lässt sich auf einer Skala von gar nicht bis sehr stark eintragen.
Die Krönung aber ist die „Auswertung“ der Daten, der sog. Allergie-Log. Hier kann man sich lediglich die vergangenen 7 Tage in einer Grafik darstellen lassen. Über einen ganzen Monat oder Monate ist dies nicht möglich. Wenn man einen bestimmten Zeitraum betrachten möchte, muss man umständlich zurück scrollen. Einfach nur nervig und wenig intuitiv. In der Monatsansicht kann man lediglich einzelne Tage anklicken. Auch habe ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden wie man sich die Auswertung zusenden lassen kann oder wie man die Daten exportieren kann.
Diese App nutzt nur dem Hersteller etwas, der persönliche Daten sammeln kann, mit der er nach gut dünken verfahren kann und die dann sonst wo landen.
Prädikat: Unbrauchbar!

Eigentlich ganz gut, aber…

Die App ist richtig gut, allerdings habe ich die App irgendwann deinstalliert, weil ich mich registrieren muss, um meine Allergiesympthome zu tracken. Irgendwann habe ich dann aber die Möglichkeit, die Pollen zu checken, vermisst. Ich habe sie also wieder installiert, aber als ich nicht sofort die Standortdaten und die Benachrichtigungen aktiviert hatte, hat die App irgendwie gesponnen. Es tut mir sehr leid, das Design ist sehr ansprechend, und auch ist es sehr einfach, sich zurechtzufinden, aber das war leider nicht der Bringer. Ich habe mittlerweile eine andere App gefunden, wo ich ohne Anmeldung meine Symthome tracken kann, es muss nicht einmal regelmäßig sein

Tracking

When I open the app it asks me to select my country, allow location, allow notifications but then it just get stuck on a screen that says ‘tracking will allow us to…’ and I can’t use the app, I have closed it ,opened it, deleted and reinstalled the app and turned my phone on and off

Keine Nutzung möglich

Ich hab die App vor ein paar Jahren sehr regelmäßig genutzt und brauche sie nun wieder. Allerdings kommt beim Tracking erlauben einfach kein Pop-Up 🥲 Dadurch ist die App nichtmal ansatzweise nutzbar.

Not sure…

Well..have installed app but I clicked allow and all the things and it’s on a blue screen which says:Tracking will help us understand how our content is working for you so we can improve it.Were grateful for your support’’ and so it’s just stayed like that for the past 5-10 mins.wonder if you know what to do to fix it?

Incorrect Levels

The app had my location correct but was suggesting allergists for LA. I am in Texas. I don’t know if the levels were based on my location or LA. It was completely incorrect if my location. It said the allergen levels were low, but they are high today.

I'm really sorry that you're experiencing this issue. The Find a Doctor tool can search for participating allergists in an area by inputting the desired location into the search. App keeps updating takes at least 30 min

Then it works for a short while and starts updating for another 30 minutes and so on and so on
I love this app. I hope you can fix it!

Great Allergy Tracking App

I was looking for an app that provided detailed information on the individual allergens. In my case juniper. It provides very low, low, med, high, none/out of season.

I have to start watching Juniper the minute it starts to bloom. This app is a great help to me!
