Klaro blocks apps at the OS level using Apple's Screen Time API. To unlock, you type your own affirmation exactly as you wrote it. When your time window closes, the apps lock again automatically. Create a block group and pick the apps to block. 2. Write your affirmation — a phrase that means something to you. 3. When you want access, open Klaro, type your affirmation exactly, take a selfie, and set your time window. 4. Klaro unlocks the apps for that window, then re-locks them automatically. 5. Your unlock history and selfies are saved so you can see your patterns over time.
