Avoid like the plague
Here’s all you need to know: Owner Lauren Klasik refused a basic request to verify that ANY of her trainers are certified in responding to a Thumbtack query.
The rejection was pretty easy from there. Her partner effectively forced her to apologize, but by then she had blown her chance and I had long decided to take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did.
Never hire a company that won’t allow you to research their trainers. That is all.

Poor management/communication
I had a poor experience with Klasikfit. They did not deliver on their agreed-upon services, there was a terrible miscommunication between the owner and the trainer assigned to work with me. A plan was never set in place for me to begin any training sessions. When I asked for a refund, the owner refused to issue one even though I have not had a single personal training session. I wish I could detail the lengthy back and forth and time I wasted trying to work with this company. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Huge disappointment. I’m filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
