No longer works - just hangs on iPhone and iPad …
I don’t usually need to check - but I needed to as I was t certain as to the status of a particular food….
When I tried to open the app it just hangs after the first screen showing a “BIZNESS APS” banner overlaying the start screen…
For an organisation that espouses being the leading advisor in the UK on this it’s very sad…

Great but needs improvement
It’s a very useful app but needs these: 1: it’s not very user friendly and a bit clunky
2: It needs to be UPDATED! All the newer products don’t come up! For example the new magnums or new flavours of gum.
3: It would be really helpful if it told me what Starbucks/costa drinks I can get. In writing. The actual drink.
4: a Sephardic prayers section? Please?

Is it kosher? And now for Passover!
Really useful! And very excited about the Passover version. I often check things in the supermarket and even if the WiFi is not so good, the offline version works well. Wonderful app!

Why
Unbelievably awful app
Sorry, but this has got to be the worst designed app ever. The guide is tiny and can't be made larger. It is impossible to see on an iPhone. Also, no search, so you must page through up to 48 pages to get to where you want to go. Lastly, rather than downloading the info, you must be online to use this app -- perfect for travelers who may not have data service. This is a real embarrassment for an app that is supposed to be serving travelers who eat kosher.
