Extremely well thought out and personalized

I have been struggling with finding online resources that can cater towards my specific measurements. I love how the schedule takes into account not just my body but also how I prioritize my exercise goals. The beautiful UI also makes it easy to stay motivated and I love how the exercises are clearly demonstrated with real people! Great training app for my daughter!

My daughter has been using this app for the last two weeks and loves it! She has found that it is easy to navigate and hasn’t had any issues following the program. I love that it keeps her accountable during her off season when team activities are low. Can’t wait to see her progress and how we can continue to incorporate during regular season!

Game Changer For Tracking Performance!

I LOVE that this app gives me feedback on my mobility and strength progress with an easy to see score. All I have to do is complete my workouts with the easy to follow user interface, and the app generated my score based off how I performed. The exercise quality is also top notch! Going to be using this app and recommending it to others!

Best Training App for High School Athletes

My son plays football and baseball and has just started using this app. The workouts given apply directly to his sport and work on the movement patterns that are necessary to perform well. Definitely some work needs to be done but overall this app is incredible and a must download for any high school/college athletes!
