About

Kleriox reads the public documents filed with the SEC about US-listed companies and turns them into short, easy-to-read reports. Each month, it also sums up the state of the US economy. Choose the companies you follow. Kleriox watches SEC EDGAR for them and, when something new lands, sends you a summary you can read in two minutes instead of a 200-page document. WHAT KLERIOX COVERS - 10-Q quarterly results and 10-K annual reports - 8-K material events announced between quarters - Form 4 insider transactions by officers and directors - DEF 14A proxy statements: executive pay, board, shareholder votes - SC 13D and SC 13G large shareholder positions - 13F-HR institutional holdings - 20-F and 6-K for foreign issuers listed in the US - 424B4 and S-1 prospectus documents from recently listed companies - Company news, filtered per company and summarized Form 4, SC 13D/G and 13F-HR are filed by officers, large holders and institutional managers rather than by the company itself. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add the companies you follow by name or ticker. Free covers 1, Pro covers 10. 2. Kleriox checks company news hourly and EDGAR filings through the day. 3. Quarterly and annual results become full reports. Smaller filings and news items become short alerts you can read in under a minute. 4. A push notification tells you when something lands. Full reports also arrive by email if you want them. U.S. ECONOMIC BACKDROP Once a month, a machine-learning model reads 58 public data series and sums up the state of the US economy, with its history since 1971 and the indicators that moved it most. CITATIONS Summaries are generated automatically, so reports quote the filing's own wording alongside the summary, and link out to the document on EDGAR. Read the source yourself whenever a detail matters. COVERAGE US-listed companies only, because Kleriox reads documents filed with the SEC. Foreign companies listed in the US through ADRs are included, via their 20-F and 6-K filings. Companies listed only on other exchanges are not covered. LANGUAGES The interface and the reports are available in English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. PLANS Free: 1 company. Pro: 10 companies, monthly or yearly; the price for your region is shown in the app. WHAT KLERIOX IS NOT Kleriox is a reading tool for public documents. It has no connection to any account, holds no money, carries out no transactions, and does not tell anyone what to do about any company. It reads filings and news and explains what they say. WHO IT IS FOR People who already follow a handful of specific companies - employees who hold shares, journalists, students, researchers - and would rather read four paragraphs than forty pages. SUBSCRIPTION Kleriox Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly. The price for your region is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your device's subscription settings. New subscribers get a one-month free trial: nothing is charged during it, and it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it finishes.
